An incredible experience with the best climbing team of Kilimanjaro!
At the end of July 2023, we carried out a 7-day expedition to climb Kilimanjaro with the company Kiliblue Expeditions. It was the most incredible and unforgettable travel experience I have ever had. Our host Livingstone, owner of the company Kiliblue Expeditions and main guide of our expedition, was always present at our side from our arrival until our departure, with an immense and unparalleled friendliness, friendship, dedication, professionalism, good disposition and an untiring positive energy. The entire team spared no effort in helping us with this challenge on a daily basis, providing us with the maximum possible comfort, care in locating and setting up the tents, hot water for our hygiene, delicious fresh food prepared at mealtimes, the unforgettable moments of musical sharing. Over the days spent with Livingstone and his dedicated and always available team, we understood the concept of belonging to a “family”, his family, as Livingstone told us upon arrival. The concept of Kiliblue Expeditions differs from the other companies present in Kilimanjaro due to this concept of family, proximity, friendship, group spirit and mutual help, an essential factor for the success we had in this incredible adventure. Perfect Kilimanjaro Summit Hike
We enjoyed an amazing hike to the Kili Summit together with the Team from Kiliblue. Livingstone was our summit guide and together with his Team he gave us the best feeling of professionalism and service orientation that you could get on such a trip. Under all conditions we had a wonderful time and reached the top safely. Livingstone is a true professional when it comes to mountaineering and you can feel his experience of over 14 years as a summit Guide with almost 200 successful Kilimanjaro summit hikes. 10/10 wildlife experience
I visited Tanzania in August 2022 and Gabriel from Kiliblue Adventures made this stay the best trip I ever had. We started near Kilimandscharo and got picked up by Gabriel and his team at the airport. Then we spent a night on a coffee farm. Then our Safari started. One day within the Ngorongoro crater with our awesome driver Charles. We actually saw the big five in the first two days. We drove from there to Serengeti and spend two days there. Both the nature and the planning of Kiliblue made the safari very special to us. I can really just recommend the experience. Charles was very well informed, respected wildlife far more than other guides, and gave us a rich experience of wildlife encounters through his years of experience. After the Safari we spent three days in Moschi. Gabriel and Livingstone gave us a tour around the city. The traditional market was a special highlight. On our last day we went to natural springs near Kilimandscharo. If you have any questions you can reach out to me. Great experience with many highlights

Amazing Kilimanjaro Climb
I was part of a group of 5 friends who climbed the Kilimanjaro Mountain between March 1st and March 6th 2020. Our guide was Livingstone accompanied by his 2 assistants Ally and Vasco. What can I say other than this adventure is one of the most memorable ones I ever had in my life. The work of our guides was exceptionnal as well, as they were able to bring us to the summit with very low visibility due to an overnight snowstorm, managing our level of energy and teaching us the ways of the mountain along the way (polé polé !). The night of the ascent, they were particularly key to our progress, making sure we don't get cold when doing breaks as this could have been dangerous for our health. Eventually we really bonded with them and can't dissociate this adventure to their benevolent and joyful presence. Incredible Safari, perfectly organized - such a great time!
We spent our honeymoon this year in Tanzania and ask Kiliblue Adventures to organize a one week tour with safari and hiking for us. And what can we say? We had such an amazing time, everything was perfectly organized and exactly as we wanted it to be. From being picked up from the airport until being back at the airport a week later, we always felt in good hands and enjoyed the hospitality of Livingstone, the owner of Kiliblue and Moses our guide and driver, who couldn't have dont a better job. We spent four days on safari and visited Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti - and saw so many beautiful animals that we couldn't have been any happier. Getting up early paid off to see lion families (approx 40 lions in 2 days), we saw three leopards at once (when seeing one is already rare) and also a cheetah - you either have to be skilled to find and spot one or lucky - I guess in our case ir was a combination of both. After the safari trip and after sitting in the car for four days we planned to go for some hikes in the Ngorongoro highlands, which we can totally recommend. Beautiful nature and not that many tourists. In facts when visiting Empakai crater there was only one other group and for Olmoti Crater we've been the only ones. Same for visiting the elephant caves - which was also a very unique experience. Walking through the jungle with a ranger, seeing (and hearing) elephants in the woods was breathtaking. In addition to that also the communication and planning with Livingstone was perfect, he's always keen on offering the best possible options that best fit your needs and wishes. I already knew him from climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro a couple of years ago so I knew we could and would rely on him - we've not been disappointed. Livingstone and Moses: Thank you so much for a wonderful time! We can encourage everyone to plan the next trip with Kiliblue Adventures, as it's a guarantee for an awesome time and lifelong memories.
